You’re neither this body nor the mind, neither feelings nor emotions.
You’re what you’re right from your birth. You’re the 'Awareness' alone, free from any prejudice,
attachment, success, failure, infatuation, fear, beauty, ugliness, bias, confusion, regret, guilt and remorse. You’re none of your emotions. Reside in the Self and be Happy.

Thoughts are illusions. They are as of a dream. You’re neither attached to good nor bad, neither beauty nor ugliness. You’re the pure Bliss. The body is just an instrument through which ‘You’ witness the creation. You’re not attached to any particular thought, feeling, emotion or sensation. You're the 'ever-present silent witness' of the continuously changing thoughts, feelings, emotions, and sensations. You're the 'absolute witness' of both inner and outer Worlds. Know the Truth and Realizing it, be absolutely peaceful. Reside in the Self and Be Happy.
