From Evolution To Revolution: A Short Journey

Chapter 1: The Past

Arguably, according to intelligent-brains-majority-consensus, Universe came into existence about 13.5 billion years ago and it's going to exist for almost the same number of years in the future.

Leaving out what will happen in the future, let's have a quick recap of what happened till now in the past.

With a spark, Universe came into existence 13.5 billion years ago with the appearance of 'Energy and Matter' for the first time. We study it under a complex but extremely dedicated branch of Science called Physics that is devoted to decoding the 'Laws of the Universe' at any cost.

During almost the same time, 'Atoms and Molecules’ appeared. And gave birth to another beautiful branch of Science, Chemistry.

After the formation of planet Earth, 'Organisms emerged into a Form' that we study under the wide-cellular subject of Biology.

The big twist started and the reason we are here goes back to 200,000 years with the 'Evolution of Homo Sapiens in Savannahs’ of East Africa.

The real game-changer was the emergence of 'fictive language’ that started 'History’ to sample everything in 'sequence and series'.

12,000 years ago the agricultural revolution began, which gave birth to 'permanent settlement’ of wandering Homo Sapiens at a local place to get organized for the first time.

The domestication of plants and animals started to began.

The most important breakthrough happened 5000 years ago when Humans started building kingdoms, scripts, money, religions, political alliances, systems, and secret societies.

And rest of the history is in written records filled with 'arguments and debates' of extreme level human non-sense, war, corruption, sacrifice, utopian visions and dystopian illusions.

None of these is our concern here, we are interested to know what's happening right now here at this moment and for that, we need to know what happened in the past 500 years of 'Scientific Revolution’ that opened the Pandora’s Box of infinite possibilities.
