Undisputed, the greatest physicist of all times till now,
(actually sorry to say, he was a mathematician and arguably, a person who understood the core of philosophy much before the kids of next-generation became mature to understand why, how and what?)
Said,
Science is the study of the Outer World and Religion is the study of the Inner World.
One can become a scientist and explore all the Universe giving an explanation and conclusion of this or that but without Inner Engineering of the Mind, all the conclusions will finally result in vain for both, in the day to day life of a scientist and the one who believed his axioms, theories, and hypothesis as the absolute truth.
Finally, in the last, it all depends on the "observer".
And without an "active observer" what is the meaning of the Universe?
(no matter how vast and infinite it may be.)
For ages, Science was condemned and ridiculed by orthodox Religions, and in return, Science does the same to Religion. Tit for Tat.
But remember there is a difference between 'religions and orthodox religions'
And one can easily comprehend the difference between the two. It needs just a little common sense irrespective of intelligence quotient.
Give ample respect to Science, it's the future. But, also give a little attention, what your core religion, no matter what it is, has to say, in the form of parables, aphorisms, and short stories.
In that way, there is a strong possibility that you can understand what one of the greatest geniuses’ till now in the whole of human history meant when he said,
"Science without Religion is Lame and Religion without Science is Blind."
