Fear, doubt and disbelief are the three words that can be used to denote ‘something’ that happens inside you. You perceive them as an intense ‘feeling and emotion’. This something makes you ‘confused’. And once you’re ‘confused’ you’re most likely to see the opposite of 'actual reality'.
- But it’s also a truth that it’s quite difficult to understand with the ‘thinking mind’ what is ‘actual and what is fake’, what is 'real and what is unreal'.
Hence, there arises a need to first make the ‘chattering-voice’ inside your brain silent for sometime during the day to see the Reality as it is, not a twisted version of it.
